  • Can the user of Parent domain do configuration in child domain

    Hi All,

In OTM Cloud, Can the ADMIN user of parent domain do configuration in both parent and child domain.
    Scenario :
    ========
User A created in Domain ABC. User A creates the child domain ABC/DEF.
Now user A have to configure in ABC/DEF Child domain.

Is it possible or do I have to create another user for ABC/DEF domain with ADMIN role.

    Thank you.

      Hi Mani,

This is not about creating user.
For an example, creating the manger layout in ABC/DEF domain by user A. is it possible.

      Regards,
      Venkat

          Hi All,

I have a created an domain named 'TEST' with user ABC, under this domain i have created an child domain named 'SUB TEST'.

Now when i am trying to create new user under the child domain, i couldn't able to find option for creating user under child domain.

            Hi Vinay,
You must login to the Specific domain to create an user. In other words lets say that you are logged in Domain A, Domain A/B(Child Domain).

You cannot create an user under Domain A/B by logging in Domain A. You must login to A/B and create an user.
Its possible only if you have DBA.ADMIN access.
