OTM Experts Needed!

Vigilant Technologies, LLC is currently seeking an OTM expert to consult for an indefinite project. Interested candidates must understand transportation management systems and their functionality with an emphasis on LTL/TL/AIR/PARCEL transportation management.

• Must be able to assist in troubleshooting OTM issues, both functional and technical
• Possess a good understanding of OTM agents; managing existing agents and creating new agents
• Onboarding carriers for EDI 210 would be a plus
• Experience with procedures on upgrading to new OTM releases
• Strong Project Management skills to manage changes/defects/communication with businesses
• The ability to manage across different fiunctional departments such as IT, Operations, Frieght, Audit and Payment.
