I have created an Automation agent for the event "Shipment Created".
When I click the Add Action tab and select "CALL SERVICE" from the Action drop down, I am getting the following error.
Generic_Remote_Exception
java.rmi.UnmarshalException: Error deserializing return-value: java.io.InvalidClassException: javax.xml.namespace.QName; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = -3852060120346905000, local class serialVersionUID = 4418622981026545151
1) Can you help me reslove this error?
2) Can any one explain me the use of a Call Service?
