Change Service Provider

Hi Fellas,

Has anybody tried Change Service Provider Functionality in OTM 6.0
I have used this functionality in OTM5.5 sucessfully, however in 6.0, I run into Java NullPoint Exception.....

Hi Baba,

Navigate to Shipment Manager>>Equipment Tab

Check whether you have Equipment Group ID value exist. If not add an equipment group id and then try change service provider action.

From Version 5.5 CU5 it is mandatory to have equipment group ID.

You can also set glog.webserver.shipment.changeSP.ignoreEquipment=t rue

I got the problem that service provider get changed after 'enroute complted ' can you please tell me how this possible..??what are the different way to change service provider after 'Enroute Completed' Status.
