    Hi,

    Is it possible to define tender response time at a global level.
    I.e. define at a single place and then it should be applicable to all service providers?

    To the best of my knowledge you can define the response time for tender sither on the service providers primary contact or on a lane. Refer to workflow parameters to set tender response time by lane.

      How are you managing the response times currently? I believe you have to create an agent to apply a max response time and you can therefore create one that applies to all carriers globally. Im assuming you are not using spot or broadcast tenders.

      I dont think you can manage response times at the service provider or lane level?

        You can specify tender response on Service Provider contact. It should work.
