    Hi,

    I occasionally get the error message "unable to notify service provider." I add a logistics involved party on the shipment and then problem seems to be fixed for that shipment. Does anyone know what settings I might try to fix this at the source?

    Try auto assigning the involved party on the order base or order release or shipment. if you dont have a specific contact for logistics involved party then create and assign a dummy contact gid. Check help for auto assign rules

      This happens if you have two dispatch locations that are valid for that shipping locations. When the system finds 2 valid contacts it will error out. Many times we have had an issue with the shipment's location is in two regions with are attached to 2 dispatch locations.
