Address Verification

Does OTM (or any of the additional feature sets licenseable) perform address verification or tie out to a 3rd party address verification solution? One of our big challenges involves sending product via parcel shipper to small retailers or even consumers and then having the unit returned by the shipper due to an invalid address. While we'd LOVE to know that at order entry time, it would be an improvement to know prior to shipping.

None that I'm aware of. Typically, I've seen this handled in 2 ways:

• Addresses are verified in the integration layer before being posted to OTM
• Agents are setup in OTM to call out to an integration flow each time an address is added and/or changed. This flow then calls out to an external address verification service. It can be further automated to update back to OTM or simply to post an alert for manual intervention.
