Contracts with Service Providers

Hi,
Our customer do have contracts with Logistics Service Providers for their inbound shipment. We have Rate Service, Rate Offering and Rate Record to do that.

Is that possible in OTM to send Request for Quotations to Service Providers and receive Quotations from them. Then analyse the Quotes befofe converting them into contracts?

The functionality that you're looking for is somewhat covered by OTM's Procurement (or Sourcing) feature. I'd suggest looking there first (in OTM Help and other docs) and then feel free to ask specific questions back

Chris, hello
I am new to OTM, so please exuse if some questions appear to be basic.

Customer had requested to check if there is document approval flow in OTM with docs versions controls, comments for each approver.
Please advise if there is such functuionality in OTM, plus if you could point to Help, where I could read that, I would very appreciate it.
