  • SOX compliance

    Hi all,

How strong is the OTM features/functionality from SOX compliance point of view?
In other words, does OTM processes/workflows are in line with SOX?

Any information regrading this will be helpful.

    Re: SOX compliance

    Hi Nipun,

From SOX Compliance perspective, the key sections to look for are 4.1 & 4.2. These are basically focussed on establishing firm internal control methods & proper assesment of these methods. OTM per se doesn't have any default workflow/process. But at the same time, it allows you the flexibility to align itself to the business needs.
Your question is a broad one & can be answered better in light of business needs from SOX perspective. Eg. What kind of Reporting, Alerts, Monitoring is intended by business.

    Regards,
    Naveen
