Shipment Events Issue

Hi,
I am facing problem when uploading shipment events in to OTM. I am uploading 2 shipment events one 'Received' and the other is 'Started' . In both event the location is Like 'Domain_Name.' . For one event it is uploading without raising any err but for the other it is raising error?

Please helpme out,,,,
