Appointment Manager - Sell side shipments appearing

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone has had an issue with sell side shipments appearing in the Appointment Manager>Warehouse Flow Management. My understanding is that it only has buy side shipments in there.....

The screen you are viewing is listing Appointments not shipments.

If somehow you have Sell Shipments with related appointments - it will appear in this screen.

Hi Peter

Depends what you mean by "Actual Appointment screen" and "Exportable".

The data returned within the Appointment Manager can be exported by using the Export button at the bottom of the screen.

Btw - Blocking and Unblocking appointments also show up in this screen - so if you only want to see Appointments related to a shipment, select SHIPMENT_ID IS NOT NULL from the finder screen.

At the bottom of the screen we only have a "Save" button.
as per below screen.

I do not have access to see the screen you have posted - perhaps a screen shot as an attachment might be a better option.

I suspect that if you have a SAVE button - you are in the Dock Manager (a screen with a grid showing appointments in gantt fashion)

If you navigate to:
Warehouse Flow Management -> Appointment Management -> Appointment Information Manager
(this is the screen I thought you were originally describing)

you will find a results screen that you can export data from.

Do either of you know how to display more than one day's worth of appointments on the grid? We used to be able to see 5 days worth by updating the appointment view length to 5 days worth, but now the grid displays 5 days, but the information is not displayed in the grid. So basically the set up is there, but the information is not. Any ideas?
