Have you tried split shipment action. If not works then you need to unassign shipment from their respective order release and plan them again.

Re: how can I undo a merged shipment?

      Hi Prashant,

Thank you for your quick answer. My customer wants undo the merged shipments and restore the originals IDs. If I do the split, it will generate new IDs.

The solution that I sent to my customer is unassign shipment from their respective order release and plan them again, but he wants a functionality like a CTRL+Z in the Windows Operation System.

I think it is not possible restore the original shipments and I will send this status to my customer, anyway thank you again for your quick answer.

        HI Ricardo,

How are you using the Shipment ID? Perhaps you could look at using a Refnum in place of the Shipment ID. This will give you full control to update it as required, or even store the original Shipment ID in a REFNUM for reference later.

        Cheers,

In any case, getting original shipment id is not possible because BNG every time generate new shipment id and it's OTM out-of-box functionality.
