Splitting order based on order and equipment volume.

Scenario : Let's say we have. Order of 9 CBM volume but equipment assigned for the order release has effective volume of 3 CBM. The order should be split into 3 shipments to fit the order into the equipment.

In other words OTM should decide how many shipments should the order be split into based on the order and equipment volume.

Is this scenario possible to achieve using splittable option on the order release?
