Rate offering is not matched

Hi All

I have created a rate service of service type ground schedule and also created Repetition Schedule service and assoicated the same to a rate service. I have also created related rate offerings and rate record.

But when in rate inquiry it is not populating rates and throwing the error as rate offering is not matched.

I request any one to help me on this.

Kindly check whether you have created Ground Schedule with the same Reptition Schedule ID.

thank u for your reply. Just want to get sm more info abt OTM. I just started the study in OTM. Actual I M JD SND guy. And now hv to work in OTM. can u please suggest any book or do u hv any basic book related to OTM.

Hi Anand,
The basis to learn OTM is to attend the courses offered by ORACLE and the material provided during the training will help in further understanding of the product.

Hi Anand,

For any ground schedule to work properly, make sure you have added both "ARRIVE & DEPART" under 'Repetition Schedule Activity ID' in ground schedule stop details ( for all stops mentioned in the ground schedule).
