Hi,
Does anyone worked on rate preference.We are encountering an error while planning the orders for preferred carrier's .
Steps followed:
1.Create Rate Preference
2.Attach rate offering and lane to the rate preference
3.Enable the Preference Parameters under planning parameter set
Case A:USE RATE PREFERENCE
referred rates,if available (planning parameter)
Also we have multiple carriers for the same lane,but out of which only one carrier is preferred one.Moreover preferred carrier rates are slightly higher than the rest of the carrier rates.
When we run the bulk plan, OTM always picks up the cheapest carrier rather the preferred carrier.
Case B:USE RATE PREFERENCEreferred rates only (planning parameter)
In this case bulk plan fails.
We have tried all the possible configurations,but didn't get the success.
Can anyone correct me,in case i miss any process/config step.
