Not able to retrieve LTL rates.

I have set up a service provider in public domain. created LTL break unit weight in public domain. created rate offering of LTL Base in public domain for USA to USA as a country. Created rate offering in with LTL master in my working domain and then created rate record for lane AZ to CA. Once All data set up is completed, I am trying to search for LTL records between AZ and CA and I find below error.

No Rate Offering Matched
Sorry, we have found no rate offering that matches your inquiry."

Any idea what might have gone wrong?

There may be Multiple reasons. Enable the logging related to Rate's and run it again, and go over the result, post failed or error portion if you didn't able to find.

Just a thought. Try not to create those in PUBLIC domain.

Issue was related to setting up longitude and latitude for the locations. I added long/lat for source and destination locations and it started giving me the results.
