Rate Record- OR Refnum value not found (Bug?)

Hi: Experts need your inputs.. I am working on modeling Rate Cost based on Order Release Refnum. Not sure if its a bug as am not able to fint the OR Refnum value field/operand in the Charge- Basis drop down (see screen shots)
(OTM v6.2)

Here is what I am trying to do:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
For OR Refnum Qualifier = AO (for example)
If OR Refnum value <=100 then

Charge Basis

$1.25 for each lb of OR Refnum value.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

However when I go to charge basis drop down I dont see the OR Refnum Qualifier Value field that I can choose.
Pl guide.

Hi abhavsar ,

With below setups you have to follow One OR to One Shipment ... so if business demands one to one relationship then..

because if you are copying them to Shipment then you cannot have two values for one refnum...

and ..

if you are looking only one ref num value in rate record then it should be only one to one relationship...
so..

you hv value for OR refnum ..multiply this with per $ rate and give total value and charge per Order Basis...

Thanks for the reply..however its not working using 'Order Basis'
Does not multiply 1.25 with the value found in the OR Refnum qualifier.

Abhavsar - I believe you can`t do this with order release refnum. Can you achieve the same result with shipment refnum value as number?

U need to follow first line of my sentence as well to put total value after multiplying as you know the value ahead... while configuring rates !!!!!

you hv value for OR refnum ..multiply this with per $ rate and give total value and charge per Order Basis...

Ashok: thanks..however I was not able to..get the reqd results. I was able to do so using Shipment Refnums for now..

The refnum at the shipment level works, but you will need to have that information passed to the shipment.

On the basis you need to set:
-Shipment refnum qualifier
- Shipment refnum value

at the charge level:
- shipment refnum value as number
