Hi,

The reason is that bid is basically done in view of service providers service time/cost/route and it is only on the Shipment a service provider is visible.

Sourcing works based on shipments not based on orders .

I understand that OTM can use shipment history from outside or inside of OTM. Is it possible to create a bid package with unplanned orders in OTM?
