I have a basic questin on Contact notification.
1. when i define a contact (say for example- Planner) and i even give the preferencial communication method like E-mail, Message Centre. This part is clear.
2. When i assign the same contact to contact notificatiation(say for example - Shipment tender declined), i again find "Communcation methods and style sheets" in Contact notification screen. What is the use of this?
Can someone give me business understanding ?
