How can I Add new Agent Actions?

I am referring to the usage of Business Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Agent Actions. How do I add a new Action for an Object Type?

For instance, I realise there is no "Set Indicator" Actions for "Order Movement" Event Type, and I have added this Action via Business Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Agent Actions. However it does not work. Is there anything that I have missed out?
