We have an agent that searches for specific shipments each night and sends email notifications to contacts on those shipments. This has worked nicely for a few years but has suddenly begun sending duplicate emails. When we run the query used to define the shipments, we see only one shipment yet the agent is sending 2 emails. Has anyone else run into this issue or does anyone have suggestions on how to correct the issue? Thanks!
