Tendering through Process management

Hi,

I have been trying to tender my shipments through Process Management. It is not happening and it also does not give any error. This is what I have done.
1. Wrote a saved query to fetch shipments of some service provider.
2. Selected the saved query in Process management.
3. Clicked on "now".
4. Clicked on submit.
It runs without any error. I checked the log file. Even that gives me no error. But my shipment still remains untendered. Is any other setting which i need to do?Any workflow parameter changes?
Please let me know if anyone has any idea.

Hi Anirban,

You may need to wait for a while and capture the log when the actual topic is executed. If you are looking at the correct log and still do not see any errors, the only reason I could quickly think of is your saved query failing to fetch any valid records. On the contrary if your log shows the query returning records, I hope you have ensured that the shipments are reviewed for execution.

Thanks, the issue is resolved. Tendering through process management only Tenders the shipment and does not do a approve for execution.It searches for shipments which are SECURE_RESOURCES_NOT_TENDERED and REVIEW_EXECUTED.
I created an automation agent which does an approve for execution (status for REVIEWED changed to REVIEW_EXECUTED) once the shipment is created. After doing this, my shipments are getting tendered through Process Management.
