Shipment Event after tender withdraw

Hi Friends,

I want to create an agent which will insert a Shipment Event on the status changing to Secure Resources_Withdrawn.
I plan to do it through Direct SQL update. I will be putting in a stored procedure. The stored procedure will have insert statements which will update the Shipment Events.
Unfortunately I am not sure of the table which need to be updated
Can someone please tell me if this is possible and i yes then which tables do i need to touch?
