I am testing an agent in 5.5 and I can not get outbound email or message center to work in OTM.
I have checked the glog.properties and made sure the email settings are correct.
I have a contact with email and message center set.
I have tried to get OTM to send out a notification and I get no results.
I see workflow publishing a notify contact action and it executing. I checked the SQL, and I have a bunch of log id's enabled.
Is there a missing set up not detailed in OTM to get message center or email working?
I feel like I missed a step.
