Create and Maintain Item via TransOrder Interface

Hi,

Is possible to create and maintain item through TransOrder Interface.Is TransOrder Carrying Sufficient information to create and maintain item through automation agent or workflow.

Item Master data is maintained in external system and for carrying transportation transaction item is to be created into OTM via TransOrder Interface.
