    Issue in Tendering - Transport mode is SASTAAL.TRUCK, In Non-Tender

    Hi,
    I'm receiving a warning message in explanation when i secure resources. It says,
    "Transport mode is SASTAAL.TRUCK, In Non-Tender". The tender is not working.

    This tranport mode TRUCK we set manually as it needs to be manually synchronised with EBS mode of transport.

    Can anybody help me in solving this issue?

    Hey Venkat, did you login as DBA.ADMIN and add your transport mode of TRUCK to the workflow for tenderable modes?

      Hi, I have included TRUCK by logging into my domain admin user. Do i need to do this only by DBA.ADMIN?

        Hi,

        Attach mode="TRUCK" to Mode Profile called "TL" ( from DBA login)

        Now use
        Mode="TRUCK"
        Mode Profile="TL"

        in all Rate offerings & Itineraries.

        This will allow you to make shipments with mode="TRUCK"

          Thank you for your reply. I still have the problem. I don't know where did i miss the configuration. I have added the mode "TRUCK" to the profile TL from DBA login. I have modified the workflow paramters for TENDER MODES (OPEN TENDER), TENDER MODE (PREPARE_TO_ARRANGE_TRANSPORT). I have added value "TRUCK" for these parameters after TL separated by comma. I have done this from DBA login and for both our domain and DBA domain. Still it doesn't work. Can you help me on this.

            hi,

            We are also facing the same issue i.e. shipments are not getting tendered for user-defined modes.

            Check with oracle support for the same.

              Can you guys add Domain Name.Transport Mode instead of just the transport mode in workflow as well as Mode Profile and then recheck this issue.

                Now we are able to tender shipments for user-defined modes as well
