Shipment Tender time change

Hi

A shipment is tendered to a carrier and the carrier accepts the shipment. The carrier aslo has the functionality to change the pick up time.

The change done by the carrier to the pick up time is then displayed in the shipment.Is there any way of notifying the planner who tendered the shipment that the Pick up time has been changed by the carrier

Try writing an agent with event as Shipment modified and a notification action....
