Before Persist option not working for Service provider agent

All,
I created an agent of type "SERVICEPROVIDER" and selected event "CREATED" with the restriction of "Before Persist" selecting all 3 ways of creation integration, user and internal.

But this agent is not trriggered after service provider is created. I unchecked "Before Persist" then it works fine.

Checked in log files tooooooo.Please let me know your thoughts.

Before persist is only useful for "update" and "delete", because you have the ability to analyze the object in the database before it is updated or deleted. In the case of "create", there is nothing in the database yet, so OTM has no object to analyze.
