Directly print the message from OTM

Hi,
We are using the notify contact functionality in automation agent to send messages via mail or message centre.
Is there any way to directly send the notification to the printer from OTM for printing?

No, OTM can't send notifications to a printer.
You could have OTM send an email, and set up a rule in you email client to print it automatically.

Dilip,

Could you please explain as how to configure email or message center notification.
I have tried with the message center but not sure where exactly is the issue I am not getting messages in the message center of the contact person mentioned.

It would be great if you can share some docs on these configurations.

Hi,

Check the following:

1. Check the field "User ID" in the Contact screen. To get the message in the message centre, you should setup User ID in the "User ID" field.

2. The field "Notification On" of Contact screen should be checked to get the notification.
