Fax from OTM

Hi,

We want to use Automation Agent and will setup 'Communication Method' = Fax.
How to setup and configure OTM so that fax can be sent from OTM?
What is the correct format for entering Fax Number in Contact?

To setup the fax capability, please refer to the Admin guide on how to set this up. From within OTM it basically just sends an email to the fax server with the phone number at the top of the email. The fax application then parses the email for the phone number to send the fax out.

I was trying to install faxmaker12. But could not install it.
Anyone installed the faxmaker and used the fax functionality sucessfully?

I installed the Faxmaker12.
In OTM, I setup property "glog.workflow.notify.faxmaker.email" in the glog.properties file.
From the OTM, mail is coming to the fax mail server. But in the Faxmaker, it is giving error as "No Recipient".

Is anyone using the Fax from OTM?
If so, please help me to complete the setup to send the Fax from OTM.

You'll need to setup a profile within faxmaker to know who to send the fax out as. I'm going to be doing a setup within the next week on our incubator instance and will try to help you out after the install.

Please let me know how and where to setup up profile and menu/navigation to setup profile.
