Hi,
Is there any standard way to monitor and get alerted if BNG is approaching it's maximum limit?
We often get this issue because of which various workflow fail. How can we monitor it proactively?

You can use Business Number Named Range to define Business Number Named Range Event, then create an Automantion Agent to listen to BUSINESS NUMBER - CLOSE RANGE or BUSINESS NUMBER - RANGE WARNING events.

Hi,

I faced the same problem. My BNG monitor(MONITOR_AGENT_XID,MONITOR_PROFILE_XID) are exhausted as the default BNG was only 5digit. Now I increased to 6digit i.e. added one more n to the default BNG rule for the above BNG monitor id and bounce both the App and web server. But now all the objects(shipments) are locking. I am able to see the lock in Event diag servlet. After long time wait also it is not releasing the lock. Any Solution on this? or there is any other way to reset the BNG Monitors?
