Hi ,

Often,we see the logs and see the processs number assigned for a certain task.
Is there any mechanism to go one step detail down,as say fro some process number, the task is :'Started Workflow action'?But what it does, can we get to know and what data is hitting?

Each process ID is generated when a specific task in OTM is being done. The only way you can get more/less details for that process is by enable/disabling functionality of the system log files.

Wat do you mean by enabling fucntionality of system log files.
I have switched on system log files.

There are options to turn on and off specific logging such as OrderBundling, Rating etc. I would refer to help for more informaion on this if you are not familiar with how it works.
