Stylesheets for web-tendering and spot-bid email body

Hi All,

I have requirement to modify the notification e-mails that gets sent out to service providers for web-tendering and spot bid.

For the spot bids, the only spot I found any text that references the e-mail's text is xsl/workflow/DefaultSpotBidTenderText.xsl and I tried modifying it and restarted the server and yet the e-mail comes in as before.

Can anyone please help me figure out how to change the email body?

Did you change the stylesheet on App Server as well?

I tried changing the file in the App Server and the Web-server with no luck. Do I have to clear some special cache maybe?

Yes, it might be cached.

Hi All,

Thanks for all your replies. I finally got it ! It was not a caching issue and the change had to be made in the appserver (that was news to me).

Also the file I was looking for is different then what I was looking into.

For Web-tendering: $INSTALL_DIR/otmapp/apache/htdocs/xsl/workflow/SimplifiedTenderBaseHtml.xsl

For Spot-Bidding: $INSTALL_DIR/otmapp/apache/htdocs/xsl/workflow/OpenTenderBaseHtml.xsl

But now I have another question, but I think I will just post it on a new post.
