Missing Check Boxes in Results screen

Hi :

We are using OTM 5.5 CU5 RU6.

Due to some actions performed by the user (not sure what it is), the Check Boxes in the Order Release results screen are not appearing any more.

Can anyone please give me a clue ?

I've seen it happen CU/RU 5, logging out and back in fixed it.
OTM glitch?

I would say if that doesn't work, bounce the server.

This is all assuming you haven't made any odd screen set changes or xsl changes.

We tried all that and it doesn't work.

I hope the Screen set / XSL hasn't been updated. Is there a way to find out ?

For each screen set, you must have a Domain Name as the last field. (See on-line help topic: Configure Results Page Columns - /html/help/webhelp/en/content_manager/results.htm)

If you did not change the screen, then could be your user (with Admin rights) changed it by right-clicking the result screen header. (see on-line help topic: Configure Results - /html/help/webhelp/en/general/configure_results.htm)

Personally I do not recommend this feature, because

Note: Configuring the results page is a global change and not user specific. This can be set by screen set.

You can set glog.webserver.finder.results.configurable=False on OTM Web to disable this feature.
