  • single-row sub-query returns more than one row

    Hello,

I'm hosting OTM version 5.5 CU5 RU4 and getting the following error from my custom Invoice RESULTS Screen...

'single-row sub-query returns more than one row'.

I've researched this error and found that it's caused by my Invoice Refnum column from the RESULTS screen which is configured to display only one refnum value where two are available.

Does anyone know what configuration needs to be made so OTM will only allow one value for each for specific reference number qualifier? I don't want the reference number qualifier used more than one time.

I found a document that listed a fix by configuring the Update Flag field to only allow one value. I'm not seeing this flag from my screen set RESULTS. Anyone know where this may be located?

    Thanks,

    Eric

    Eric
    Look in the Qualifier definition.
Usually found in power data - Invoice Qualifier.

      Eric,
consider however that configuration in power data is considered by OTM only during import data via XML interface, if you populate qualifier manually or with agent you have to implement by yourself no-duplicate rule.
