  • ScreenSet:Search Constraints Date type.

    Hi,
I have a problem with screenset Manager,

In "search" tab of screen set Manager,

I want to make constraints to LATE_DELIVERY_DATE with "Between".
    setting is done perfectly,
But loggined by USER,This field constraints, but only "same as".

Is it impossible field constrains with "between date"?

    Thanks. Regards.

    Re: ScreenSet:Search Constraints Date type.

    Hi
I'm not sure I understand you issue.
When a Date field is in the search Tab of a screenset, you get a dropdown next to it to specify How that date is searched.
    Options are:
    Same As
    Before
    After
    Between
    etc...

Just select the Between option and you'll get 2 x Date boxes for the From and To date criteria.

However - If you are trying to alter an existing Search Item and save it, it won't work.
Delete the Search Item from the Screenset Manager Search Tab, then add it again with the Between operator - then Save.
It should then show correctly to the user.

      Re: ScreenSet:Search Constraints Date type.

      zaeho,

Say for e.g you are trying to Modify Order release screenset with Operator of Between for "LATE DELIVERY DATE".

      1. Go to search tab of Order release Screenset and Delete existing Late Delivery Date button.
      2. Click "Add Field" and select "late delivery Date" with Operator of "between".
      3. Save it, and attach screen set to Menu.
      4. Attach the Menu to level or Role.
      5. Attach the Level or Role to USER.

Log in with USER and see the changes.

Please see attached screen shoot for clarification.

      Hope that helps a bit.

      Thanks,
      Vinoth.
