TableMap Not found error

Hi All,
OTM version:5.5 CU3
I am facing a problem like '
Table Map Not Found For 'order_release_s_u_document'. Can Not Process Pseudo Field.'
It comes when I click on New Line Item button.
Kindly guide me how to solve this error.
Also I have attached a document which says the screenshots of the error.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Sure Chris.
Actually I had an entry missing in DocumentToTableMapper.java(under:'glog\webserver\u til') file,which gives tou the document_name.I did not had for the entry for my customised screen in that java file.If you have a look into the file,I am sure anyone will understand.
