  • Stylesheet cache issues in OTM Cloud

    Hi,
We're coding some custom style sheets on OTM 6.4.1 Cloud (em3). In on-premise, the usualy way to refresh cache for style sheets is to restart OTM, but we can't do that anymore in Cloud.
Oracle tells us there's a new servlet glog.webserver.xalan.XSLProcessorServlet, but this doesn't work for us. The workaround we now use is change the file name for every new version of the stylesheet.
Did anyone else face this issue and found another way to flush the cache?
    Thanks,
    Lourne

    Hi Lourne,

Yes, to refresh the Stylesheet Cache, login into DBA.ADMIN and go to Configuration & Administration ---- Technical Support --- Diagnostic Tools --- Caches and try to cleat the Stylesheet cache, web Server cache & App Server cache.

    Regards,
    Satya

      Hi Lourne,

I do not have any experience on cloud but just assuming that if you are able to place a custom xsl files on app server then you should be able to delete them as well, if so then please try to delete and place the same file , that way you will not required to restart the servers and place a different name of file for the same content, let us know how that went, Thanks.

Thanks guys for your feedback. We tried all sorts of cache refresh, but because we had a workaround with the file renaming, we didn't investigate it further.
