Order Release Ref Num using BNG

Hi All,

I would like to generate the Order Release Reference number automatically using Bunsiness Number Generation option.

Please provide some options for this other than Agent.

You could use the Auto Assignment Rule, see help for details

For Order Release, Agent should be the only option.

Joseph, you're right, thanks for correcting me.

Kamleshwar, why don't you want to use an agent? There is a supported way in OTM (i.e. not using Direct SQL) to create refnums in an agent using BN Rules.
