Error in installing OTM

Hi,

We have installed OTM, but when I am entering through DBA.ADMIN it is throwing an error not able to connect to the server. I have checked the Log files, the error occured is
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28123: Driving context 'GL_USER_CTX,POLICY_GROUP' contains invalid group 'DBA_ADMIN'

Can any one please help me what is this error .

We are using OAS and again when i checked the log file for OAS the below is the error occured.
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.jdbc.jts.Driver

We have not installed Weblogic at all but still it is throwing the above mentione error,

I request any one to help me to install OTM sucessfully.

Error in installing OTM

We are not able to login into OTM, even though our installation was sucessful, please find the attached log files for your ref. I request any one to help me to proceed further.

You have an issue with the startup of OAS:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00904: "U"."BI_ROLE_GID": invalid identifier

I'm not sure exactly what is causing this as we only use Weblogic so I would suggest you contact Oracle support on this.

Just so you are aware the performance of OAS/Sun JDK is about half of what Weblogic/JRockit can do.

Thanks for your reply. Actually we are not using weblogic as Application server, we are using OAS. But it still showing some error on weblogic. please find the below error
Warning Exception Wrapping GLException with GLException:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.jdbc.jts.Driver

When you ran through the OTM install did you select the correct application that you were going to use? If so then this is a ticket that Oracle support will need to take a look at for you. If not then you'll need to uninstall the OTM app server installation and redo it again.
