[SOLVED] 'Staged' status of inbound Transmission in V5.5CU2

  • [SOLVED] 'Staged' status of inbound Transmission in V5.5CU2

    On uploading an XML via the Integration Manager, the inbound Transmission status remains as "STAGED" and doesn't get beyond this. Performing a manual reprocessing via Staging Transmissions Processing or from Transmission Manager doesn't help.
    Could you please let us know if there is a workaround to overcome this.OTM version is 5.5 CU2.

    First, check the logs after you attempt to reprocess the Staged transmissions. If OTM will not reprocess the integrations there might be a bug that you need to report. Something you might try is running the same process from Process Manager instead of the Transmission Manager. Typically, these type of systems-wide processes can be run from the appropriate Process Manager. If that doesn't work try Oracle Support.

      Thanks Joe. There were some installation issues. Got it corrected after replacing a class file (which was corrupted). FYI
