Could any one share what are all the platforms of Czarlite can be integrated with OTM CU4 UNIX AIX version?

Lakshman,

In order to access the Czarlite tariffs, OTM integrates with the SMC Rateware server (RateWare: LTL and Small Package Pricing Management System), which only runs on Windows. Any OTM platform, though, can integrate with this server.
