i need to send all 'Contacts' information to an external system.
I do set up an enxternal system in otm and then I would need to create an Automation agent to call an agent action for business object:'Contact' .Here I see no action called as ' Send Integration' in the drop down list box of 'Action'(when creating the Agent).
Can anyone guide me in letting me know how to add the action and complete the flow to send infomation to an external system or is there any other way to send the outbound information.
