OM to OTM integration rate query and response

Hi,
currently we are working on oracle OM and OTM integration. as per standard flow, during order booking OM will rate query OTM and gets response from it.

We are in understanding that OM will send interface to OTM as "RemoteQuery" and OTM will respond to it with "RemoteQueryResponse". The OM-OTM integration document contains mapping details about "RemoteQuery" but not about "RemoteQueryResponse".

1. Is my understanding is correct?? If so how to get mapping details about rate response from OTM??

2. If not correct how rate query is done?? Is OM directly connects to OTM application and gets response?? If so how to configure it??

Valuable suggestions asap are most appreciated.

Neoandr,

Yes, your understanding is correct that its a direct query from OM to OTM. Rate inquiry response will come based upon the action choose ship method if you are doing out of the box integration. You need to refer integration document to see whether you have completed all the steps required for the integration configuration.
