EBS PO-OTM Integration using BPELnot working

Hi,

Is anybody has EBS Purchase Order -OTM integration using standard oracle BPEL working. I am trying to send approved Purchase order from EBS to OTM and it is not even making to BPEL Soa suite server. Is anybody has any idea. any input will be really appreciated. EBS Order Management to OTM integration is working without any problem.

Hi,

Can you post what is error log on EBS side? You can run the concurrent program to send PO to BPEL and get error message from there.
Have you double checked you profile setting at EBS side?
Has the message reached BPEL? You can checked process log from BPEL if message got there.

I did not know about the concurrent program to send PO to BPEL can you please let me know, I had checked the profile option and I made it both OM and PO also it is not even reaching to BPEL. My assumption was once you approve the PO business even will fire and then it will send PO to OTM via BPEL.

Have you set your value on the PO for the Transportation Arranged field? This needs to be set to Supplier or Buying Organization. This can also be defaulted on the vendor and auto-populated on the PO. Of course the PO has to be approved before it will be sent to OTM.

Yes that is already done, when you approve the PO it does not even go to BPEL server, I do not know if you have to run any concurrent program to send it to BPEL.

Hi, Did you eventually find out what needs to be done to send the PO to BPEL? Am also stuck with the same. Would be very helpful if you could let me know what needs to be done.

Hi,

As per my understanding you need not to run any concurrent program apart from ceratin setups like profile option,Lookups and Buying Oraganisation.

We are just in the early stages of this, but I know for sure the EBS Purchasing Integration doesn't require a concurrent program...Just some newbie questions that I can think of, just to make sure everything is setup correctly.

You said the Transportation Arranged has been set - Are you setting it to Buying Organization? Ours only appear to send to OTM for this value. Once the PO is approved or revised/approved, those changes should automatically go over to BPEL/OTM.

In the BPEL Console, you should have a process called PoSendPoToOtm(v.1.0). Is that there?

Also, one more thing I just thought of. What is your setting for the Apps Profile 'OTM: Integration Enabled'? It should be 'Both Order Management and Purchasing'

Guys, How did you resolve this issue ? We are facing the similar situation. Everything looks on EBS side but we don't see anything on BPEL side.
