[SOLVED] BPEL Error connecting to Integration Server

I am getting below error in JDeveloper 10.1.3.2.0 when connecting to integration server.

Let me know if anyone have seen this error and resolved it.

Error while getting remote MBeanServer for url: ormi://localhost:23791/default:
Error reading application-client descriptor: Error communicating with server: Connection refused: connect; nested exception is:
javax.naming.CommunicationException: Connection refused: connect [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]

I got this corrected. I used Oracle Application Server 10.1.3 connection and it worked great.
