Unable to access OTM 6.3.7 in LAN sharing

  • Unable to access OTM 6.3.7 in LAN sharing

    I have installed OTM server (All three layers i.e web, app & DB in same box).
    Accessing OTM application in server which works fine without issues.
    When I am trying to access via LAN from another system.
    1) Login screen is appearing and able to login the OTM user.
    2) When I try to create below
    EX: - Order Management -> Purchase Order -> Order Base

    While clicking “Search” or “New” any buttons I am getting error
    “Server not available”.

    SERVER:-
    HOST FILE DETAILS:-
    127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
    ::1 localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
    127.0.0.1 otmserver


    Etho: connect config

    IP: 10.0.0.3
    SUBSET:255.255.255.0
    DEFAULTGEATWAY:10.0.0.3

    DNS:8.8.8.8


    Lan connect system ip:

    IP: 10.0.0.10
    SUBSET:255.255.255.0
    DEFAULTGEATWAY:10.0.03

    DNS:8.8.8.8




    I am able to ping both system

    Make an entry of OTM Server in your another machine's Host file
