  • Agents firing Queue?

    Hello,

I am looking at a tool or servlet or GUI in OTM 5.5 to find Agent firing queues, for e.g i need to see what are all the agents, trigger are scheduled and respective queues etc.. Any information regards wil be very helpful.

We thought this information will be helpful when we debugging agent firing issues etc.

    Thanks,

    Ray

    Re: Agents firing Queue?

Not sure I understand your question clearly and which queue (Event Queue, Date Queue or OAQ) you are referring.
Assuming you are talking about Event Queue.
glog.webserver.event.EventDiagServlet allows you to view/tune event queues in OTM.
Most of agent actions will be processed by agentUtility and some by agentPlanning. You can use glog.webserver.event.TopicQueueAssignmentsServlet to view the relationship between queues and actions. To change the relationship, you may use glog.webserver.properties.PropertiesServlet or modify glog.properties to change glog.workflow.topic.group.xxx=queue properties
