Latency when using scalability

We notice some latency when using scalability with 3 active application servers.

Avarage latency of 0.5secs

What's an acceptable latency when using multiple application servers (ACTIVE/ACTIVE/ACTIVE)? Do we have benchmarking results for this? I suspect this is quiet high...

I'm using Servlet glog.webserver.message.MessageDiagServlet to measure this...Are there other tools available?

Does that mean 0,5secs of latency is acceptable? For my point of view, it's way to high? Do you have the same setup? 3 Active application servers?

This was the question on the Latency, we have a value of 2.05 on the Latency for the Topic ActivateServer. I want to know what is the standard or a normal value of Latency when using the scalability?
