spot bidding error

I am testing spot bidding and once the spot bid email is sent to the carrier(my email). I got an email to reply via the web and when i click on that URL i get the follwoing errors:

You do not have rights to access glog.webserver.apiadapt.tenderresp.TenderRespManag ementServlet.
or
Your Login ID Does Not Have Permission to Access This Shipment

Does anyone faced this issue before? If so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chris,

We need to make sure the Service Provider is set up as an user and the manage association is defined for that service provider. This fixed the issue.
